Declaration on the Abolition of Child Labor and Forced Labor

We solemnly declare that we will strictly exclude child labor and forced labor across all our business activities.
We faithfully comply with relevant laws, including the Labor Standards Act of the Republic of Korea,
as well as the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and we do not tolerate any form of child or forced labor.
In particular, we do not employ children under the legal working age during the hiring process.
Furthermore, we absolutely prohibit involuntary labor, including physical or mental coercion, debt bondage, and human trafficking.
Dongeun Instrument Co., Ltd.conducts continuous monitoring and management activities to ensure that these principles are
upheld not only by our executives and employees but also across our partners and the entire supply chain. If any risk of human rights violations is detected, we will implement immediate corrective actions.
