Destruction Procedure
Information entered by users for inquiry submission and similar purposes is transferred to a separate database (or to a separate document storage facility in the case of paper records) after the purpose has been achieved, stored for a certain period in accordance with the Company’s internal policies and applicable laws related to information protection (see Retention and Use Period), and then destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any purpose other than retention unless otherwise required by law.
